We currently offer solo treatments exclusively to women. However, couples are welcome to book our duo treatments, which take place together in our private treatment room.

Yes. Our private studio provides a discreet and comfortable environment, and all treatments are carried our by female therapists.

We welcome all hair types. Please note, 15 minutes is allocated for rough drying at the end of your treatment. Depending on you hair type, thickness and length, additional time may be required, so we may need to adjust your appointment to ensure enough time is allocated.

If you have curly or coily hair, you’re very welcome to bring your own styling products.

Yes. Our duo appointments allow two guests to enjoy their treatments together, at the same time, on separate head spa beds in our private treatment room.

We proudly use OWAY, a premium professional hair and scalp range formulated with biodynamic and organic ingredients. Carefully selected to nourish both the hair an scalp, these products compliment our treatments while keeping out approach to hair gentle and considered.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to perform our head spa treatments over extensions or braids, as we require full access to the scalp to carry out the treatment safely and effectively.

We recommend wearing a vest or a camisole-style top to your appointment. This allows us to comfortably perform your treatment while helping to keep your clothing protected throughout your head spa experience.

Yes, our head spa treatments are suitable during pregnancy, and the products we use are pregnancy safe. For your comfort, we recommend choosing one of our shorter treatments, particularly during later stages of pregnancies.

No preparation is necessary. Hair does not need to be freshly washed before your treatment, and it’s absolutely fine to arrive with your usual hair oils or styling products in your hair. Your treatment includes a thorough hair and scalp cleanse.

Yes. Gift cards are available for individual treatments, duo experiences and flexible monetary amounts, allowing the recipient to choose the experience that suits them best.

Yes, PayByPhone parking is available nearby during restricted hours. Please allow a little extra time before your appointment to find a suitable space and check the applicable parking restrictions.
